Any potential modifications to the price will be discussed with you by your project manager before the project commences.

How does the project workflow looks like?

Once we receive your project, your dedicated project manager will take a look to make sure everything's in order. If there are any questions or concerns, they'll reach out to you.

After that, we'll put together the right team for your project. Depending on what you need and how big the project is, it could be one person or a whole team. If there are any tricky language issues, we can even bring in our in-house language experts to help out.

Once your project is all set, your project manager will send you an email with a link to access your project's results.

Who takes care of my projects?

Our projects are handled exclusively by skilled professionals, including copywriters, translators, editors, content creators, and transcreators. We personally curate this team, ensuring that each member is a native speaker in their respective language and possesses relevant field experience.

Depending on the service level you choose, we may also employ a second specialist (two-phase service). This specialist conducts a thorough proofreading of the target text and compares translations with the original version to ensure accuracy and quality. In some cases, when utmost precision is required, we may even consider adding a third linguist to the team.

If you're pleased with the results, we make every effort to assign the same specialist(s) to your future orders whenever it's feasible.
